Adobe InDesign CS4 : Find/Change feature
Easily search for and replace specific occurrences of Middle Eastern
text (characters, words, groups of words, or text formatted a certain
way) in Adobe InDesign CS4.
When the "ignore accent" option is
checked (as in the screenshot below), users can search for a string of
text whether or not it contains certain accents (diacritics or
vowels...).
