The WinSoft International Store is open 7 days a week.

To shop in the WinSoft International Store you need to use one of the following browsers:

1-Pricing:

Prices are exclusive of VAT and are in US Dollars $ or in Euros €, according to your shipping address. If you pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, and EuroCard) our dollar prices do not take into account the exchange and commission rates of your bank.

VAT:

Sales tax charges are calculated according to your shipping address and what type of product your order;
"VAT" (Value Added Tax) is a sales tax, which customers in the European Union (EU) must pay VAT on any products purchased within the EU. If you are a company registered for VAT you will not be charged for VAT (see below). Customers outside the EU will not be charged for VAT. The total price you will pay depends on the above factors and will be shown in your basket when you check out.

If your VAT number is invalid, we will cancel your order and refund your money.

a) Customers ordering products in the European Union

If you are from a country within the EU and if you do not have a VAT registration number (see below), VAT will be automatically added to your checkout total. The amount of VAT you pay depends on the type of product you buy (software, fonts, books). You can see the amount of VAT you will pay in this following table.

VAT Registered Companies in the European Union
Within the EU, you will not have to pay VAT to us if you are a company that is registered for VAT and can supply us with a VAT registration number..

How to use your VAT-registered status on the Store?
In the ‘Billing Address' section of the "Information" page, please enter your organisation's VAT (Value Added Tax) registration number in the "VAT Number" box. By entering this number, VAT will not be added to your order. We will also print this number on your invoice.

Please be aware that we will validate this registration number with the relevant authorities before shipping your order so please make sure you enter it correctly.

NOTE: The organisation name on the order must exactly match the organisation name on the VAT registration.

b) Customers outside the European Union

Customers who are outside of the EU do not have to pay VAT. However, you may have to pay custom fees when importing into your country.

Purchases of physical products sent outside the European Union include a customs declaration. The customs declaration lists the contents of the package and its value.

When the package arrives in your country it is likely your local customs or shipping company will charge you for "duties" and other import costs. Generally, they will not hand over the package to you until you pay any outstanding charges. As the purchaser, these charges are totally your responsibility - we have no control over them and we will not refund orders as a result of a dispute between you and your local customs authority. Please contact your local authorities for details as regulations vary between countries.

Please be aware that local customs officials may open your parcel to check the contents.

2- Customs:

You are responsible for any customs, brokerage, additional assessments or any other fees payable upon import of the products into your country. Because these duties and fees can vary and change over time, we recommend that you check on such duties or other fees before placing your order. Should you refuse delivery of the products, you will be responsible for the return freight charges to us.

3- Delivery method:

There are several delivery methods to buy your software, depending on the product you are buying.

Box:

When you place your order, you will receive an acknowledgement email which can serve as proof of purchase.
When your product ships, you will receive a shipment email, including your pdf invoice. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. For box versions, the serial number is located on a sticker on the CD.

Download:

Once your payment information has been successfully processed, you will receive an email from wsstore@winsoft.fr. This email should be sent automatically after payment processing. The email will give you a link where you can download the software, and you will receive by email within 3 open days your pdf invoice, as well as your serial number to activate this version and fully use your product without time limitation.

License Key:

Once your payment information has been successfully processed, you will receive an email from wsstore@winsoft.fr. This email should be sent automatically after payment processing.

How can I view my order history?

After signing in, go to your account page and select "My Orders". You will be able to access your current order, your order history, and other information you've provided in the past. It's a good idea to keep your information current, particularly the e-mail address.
