Returns and cancellations

I ordered the wrong version or platform. What should I do?

Unfortunately, our system does not allow you to exchange products for a different version or platform, but you can return most WinSoft Store purchases within 14 calendar days of the receipt of the product (date of Return Material Authorization request) for a refund. You can re-order the product in the version or platform that you need.

How do I return an order?

You can return unopened, undamaged sealed product for a refund within 14 calendar days of the receipt of the product (date of Return Material Authorization request). All products must be sealed, packed in the original, undamaged packaging and include any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product.

WinSoft will offer the purchaser a refund of the product, excluding all shipping charges, within 30 calendar days upon return request.

WinSoft unsealed products may not be returned. WinSoft will not exchange or refund the purchase of an unsealed product.

The Purchaser may not exercise the right to retract the order. 

Please follow these instructions:

Step 1     Inform WinSoft that you would like to return the product by e-mail at  wsstore@winsoft.fr

Step 2     WinSoft send you by return a Return Material Authorization number

Step 3     Return the product to WinSoft S.A. 24 rue Louis Gagnière, 38950 Saint Martin le Vinoux, FRANCE

Once WinSoft confirms that your product has been successfully returned, we will then process your credit.

How do I cancel an order?

The Purchaser is able to cancel any order as following:

Before shipment, if payment has already been proceeded, WinSoft applies a full refund.
After shipment or in case Purchaser refuses to accept delivery, WinSoft will apply a refund minus all taxes and shipping costs (including cost for return of products).
