Pierre Blangero and Kamel Gaddas co-founded WinSoft International in 1985. They have worked together closely to build WinSoft International from a small software publisher with its own software products (WinText, WinFile, WinType...), to today's fast-growing international business, partnering with major software companies. WinSoft International proposes its own product range and helps software publishers pursue their market expansion into new, emerging markets in Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and South-East Asia.

Pierre Blangero

Pierre Blangero - President and Co-founder

Pierre Blangero is President of WinSoft International, which he co-founded WinSoft International in 1985, and a member of the Board of Directors.

Prior to founding WinSoft International, Pierre Blangero worked in the non-profit field in collaboration with the Ministry of Cooperation. He contributed to the development of public management computer systems (customs, public accounting) in various African and Middle Eastern countries.

Pierre Blangero holds an Engineering degree from the ENSIMAG at Grenoble, France.

Kamel H. Gaddas - CEO and Co-founder

Kamel Gaddas is the Chief Executive Officer of WinSoft International, which he co-founded in 1985, as well as a member of the Board of Directors.

Kamel Gaddas was the driving force behind the transformation of WinSoft International's original Macintosh software team into today's highly qualified globalization and localization engineering team, specialized into non-Latin scripts for both Macintosh and Windows platforms.

Kamel Gaddas holds an Engineering degree in Computer Science from the ENSIMAG at Grenoble, France.

Caroline Hourregue - Sales Director

Caroline Hourregue is the Sales Director of WinSoft International, which she joined in 1989. Since then, she has actively participated in the development of the company and now supervises all the operational components of WinSoft International: sales, sales administration, production and logistics.

With an educational background in engineering, Caroline Hourregue earned her spurs in business and marketing at IBM. Trained in business prospecting techniques and then managing key accounts, she was afterwards in charge of business team management and recruited and trained a commercial team for an IBM partner

Bertrand Lechevalier - Technical Director

Bertrand Lechevalier is the Technical Director of WinSoft International, which he joined in 1988. After managing projects for PageMaker and InDesign for several years, Bertrand Lechevalier was placed in charge of the overall management of the team dedicated to Adobe products. Appointed a member of the Board of Directors in October 2007, Bertrand Lechevalier now oversees the engineering team.

Bertrand Lechevalier was software project manager for 8 years at Schneider Automation and holds an Engineering degree from the ESIEE (Electrotechnical and Electronic Engineering University), France.

Hervé Perret - Marketing Director

Hervé Perret joined WinSoft International in July, 2011. As WinSoft International's Marketing Director, Hervé Perret is in charge of developing and implementing the marketing strategy for WinSoft International's current and future product ranges.

Hervé Perret attended SKEMA Business School in Sofia-Antipolis where he graduated with a Masters in Management. After working in the software and gaming industry for more than 10 years, including Ubisoft, Hervé Perret then created and sold a mobile and social network application development start-up before joining WinSoft International.

Jacques-Henri Cabos - Company Secretary

As WinSoft International Company Secretary, appointed in October 2007, Jacques-Henri Cabos is in charge of the support functions of the company (accounting, administration, information technology) and both Human Resources and internal Communication.

As a retail bank branch manager during the 1980s, he held various positions in Finance in industry and air transport during the 1990s. Jacques-Henri Cabos joined then XCOM as Company Secretary, in charge of legal, finance and human resources. He was a main actor in the merge with the British Group PACE, a key designer of set-top boxes for digital television.
