Pierre Blangero - President and Co-founder
Pierre Blangero is President of WinSoft, which he co-founded WinSoft in 1985, and a member of the Board of Directors.
Prior to founding WinSoft, Pierre Blangero worked in the non-profit field in collaboration with the Ministry of Cooperation. He contributed to the development of public management computer systems (customs, public accounting) in various African and Middle Eastern countries. After 15 years of work experience, he decided to co-found a software company with Kamel Gaddas.
Pierre Blangero holds an Engineering degree from the ENSIMAG at Grenoble.

Kamel H. Gaddas - CEO and Co-founder
Kamel Gaddas is the Chief Executive Officer of WinSoft, which he co-founded in 1985, as well as a member of the Board of Directors.
Kamel Gaddas managed the engineering team for 20 years.
Kamel Gaddas was the driving force behind the transformation of WinSoft's original Macintosh software team into today's highly qualified globalization and localization engineering team, specialized into non-Latin scripts for both Macintosh and Windows platforms.

Caroline Hourregue - Sales Director
Caroline Hourregue is the Sales Director of WinSoft. Caroline joined WinSoft in 1989. Since then, she has actively participated in the development of the company. She now supervises all the operational components of WinSoft: sales, sales administration, production and logistics.
With an educational background in engineering, Caroline Hourregue earned her spurs in business and marketing at IBM. Trained in business prospecting techniques, then managing key accounts, she was afterwards in charge of business team management and recruited and trained a commercial team for an IBM partner. |

Bertrand Lechevalier - Technical Director
Bertrand Lechevalier is the Technical Director of WinSoft. After managing projects for PageMaker and InDesign for several years, Bertrand Lechevalier was placed in charge of the overall management of the team dedicated to Adobe products. Appointed in October 2007 as a Director of the company, Bertrand Lechevalier is now responsible for the engineer team.
Bertrand Lechevalier was software project manager for 8 years at Schneider Automation before joining WinSoft in 1988 and holds an Engineering degree from the ESIEE (Electrotechnical and Electronic Engineering University), France.

Jacques-Henri Cabos - Company Secretary
As WinSoft Company Secretary, appointed in October 2007, Jacques-Henri Cabos is in charge of the support functions of the company (accounting, administration, information technology) and both Human Resources and internal Communication.
Retail bank branch manager during the 1980s, he held various positions in Finance in industry and air transport during the 1990s. Jacques-Henri Cabos joined then XCOM as Company Secretary, in charge of legal, finance and human resources. He was a main actor in the merge with the British Group PACE, a key designer of set-top boxes for digital television. |
